"I work with adolescents and adults (ages 12–40) navigating identity exploration, anxiety/depression, trauma, dating/relationship concerns, imposter syndrome, life transitions, and neurodivergence. Some of my clients come to therapy at the beginning or end of something — a relationship, a diagnosis, a chapter in their life — and just need a space to feel it all through. Others are tired of carrying so much alone and are ready to rewrite old stories about who they need to be in order to feel loved, safe, or good enough.

My style is warm, intuitive, and gently challenging. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore what’s beneath the surface and what wants to shift. My approach is process-oriented, which means our work unfolds based on what you’re bringing into the space. Sessions with me aren’t overly structured or rigid; instead, they’re a space to notice what’s coming up, follow emotional threads, ask deeper questions, and engage creatively.

I provide sessions both remotely and in-person at our office in Northeast LA."
