The Wellness Arts Collective is a private practice comprised of clinicians and professional healers who specialize in a wide array of psychotherapy specialties and modalities including, but not limited to: Clinical Art Therapy, Trauma Therapy (EMDR and TF-CBT), Mindfulness Meditation, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. We service the Northeast Los Angeles communities of Atwater, Downtown, Eagle Rock, East Hollywood, Echo Park, Frogtown, Glassell Park, Glendale, Highland Park, Koreatown, Los Feliz, Silverlake, and South Pasadena.   

We know that life can be hard and that even the strongest individual may need support and guidance in dealing with unexpected circumstances, or in managing conflict and personal challenges. We aim to help you do more than just 'get through' difficult times. We want to help you heal, grow holistically and recognize your full potential.

We provide a safe non-judgmental space to unpack the complexity of your experience and develop deeper

self-understanding, emotional regulation, and relationship skills. All in service of creating lasting and

fulfilling change for individuals, couples, and families.

We believe that access to holistic services that support mental health and well-being is a human right, and recognize that it is often out of reach for many, particularly those who identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC,  (im)migrant, and/or

low income.  To that end, we aim to create a space that is accessible to all  and that is purposefully inclusive of
